What we fix and maintain
How a service visit works
Tell us what's happening. Call 843-236-9309 or send a service request with the make, year, model, VIN and engine hours.
We look at the boat and call you with the diagnosis and the price. No work starts until you say go.
Certified techs do the job, with the parts counter in the same building so parts rarely hold things up.
You pick the boat up with a plain-language rundown of what was done and what to watch.
Book winter work in winter
Spring is the crunch. Everybody remembers their boat in April, so the shop fills up in April, and a job that takes days in February can take weeks in May. If you know the boat needs work before summer, call in the winter and skip the line.
Winter is also when problems get planted. A tank of ethanol gas left sitting from October to March causes more spring service tickets than anything else we see, and the cheap version of that lesson is fuel treatment in the fall.
Service questions we hear every week
You get the diagnosis and the full price before any work starts, and nothing happens until you approve it.
Yes. The brands we sell get factory-level support, and boats from other dealers and other brands run through the bays all the time.
It swings with the season. A job that takes days in February can take weeks in May, which is exactly why we tell people to book spring work in winter.
Call first. Ten minutes on the phone gets you a slot, tells us what parts to have ready, and usually saves you a second trip.
