Same family, same road, since 1973
A lot has changed on 544 since 1973. The dealership hasn’t moved. We’ve sold boats through five decades of this coast growing up around us, and the showroom and service area were recently renovated so the place is as comfortable to shop in as it is familiar.
What hasn’t changed is how it works. You deal with people, not a process. First-time buyer or somebody who’s been running these waters for 30 years, you get the same treatment, and the goal has always been that customers leave feeling like family rather than a closed deal.

Boats for sale
New and used boats on the lot, priced and ready to look at, with trailers out back.
Boat repair and service
Six service bays certified on Yamaha, Suzuki and Mercury outboards plus MerCruiser stern drives, with the area’s only Yamaha Certified Master Technician on staff.
Outboard repowering
When fixing the old motor stops making sense, we’ve got Yamaha and Suzuki outboards in stock and a shop that installs them.
Sell or trade your boat
Trade it in, sell it to us outright or consign it through the showroom. We’ll tell you which one your boat is suited for.
What's on the lot
New boats from Sea Pro, G3, SunCatcher, Godfrey, Hurricane, Blazer, Xplor Boatworks, Lowcountry and Parker, rigged with Yamaha and Suzuki outboards. Used inventory sits on the same lot and turns over as trades and consignments come in, so what's here changes week to week. Trailers are out back with their own listings, and the parts counter is inside the same building.
The water this shop sells for
The public landing under the 544 bridge is minutes from the front door, which puts most of our customers on the Intracoastal and the Waccamaw. That’s calm, tannin-stained blackwater, and it’s why so many first boats around here are pontoons.
The other side of the business runs salt. Murrells Inlet, the Little River jetties, Winyah Bay, and the nearshore Atlantic on the right day. We sell and service boats for both kinds of water, and if the boat you’re looking at is wrong for where you plan to run it, we’ll say so before you buy it.
People drive in from Conway, Socastee, Surfside Beach and Murrells Inlet, and some make the trip from Georgetown or down from the Wilmington side of the line.
